Synoptic weather reports from land stations are collected in accordance with international standards contained in the WMO Manual 306. These reports a could issued several times a day but there are four main synoptic hours at 00,06,12, 18 UTC (Universal Time Coordinated). The message is delivered oth from ground stations, marked with a suffix AAXX and sea vessels or buoys indicated by the suffix BBXX. Data are: visibility, wind (direction and speed M / S or KTS) cloudiness and minimum height of the bases of clouds, temperature, dew point , maximum temperature, minimum temperature, relative humidity, pressure at the station pressure at sea level (for mountain or high hill stations data shown are 'height of the isobaric type 8 = 850 7 = 700 5 = 500, the evolution of pressure in the previous 3 hours, type of clouds (ci = Cirrus, St = Startus, CU = Cumulus, etc.), rainfall and past and present weather.
